after my previous post regarding Loon converting to Islam, I've been browsing through YouTube on famous people who is a Muslim or have converted to Islam and I've never expected that a lot of artists and athletes (those of my favourites) from USA are Islams. for example:

3. Mike Tyson (Boxer)

4. Dave Chappelle (Comedian)

5. Michael Jackson (King of Pop)

those are some of the famous people that embrace Islam as their religion. I've also browsed through Muslim Soccer players and I'm shock to see who converted to Islam. one of the known soccer players who converted to Islam is Anelka but those that many of you don't know is that Thierry Henry and Robin van Persie is also a Muslim.

been busy these days. been working. not really a lot but i must say this is the first time i work for quite a number of days in a week. compared to all my previous jobs. however, i must say its kinda fun working at Sentosa as Admission Ops, with all the crazy colleagues and jokes made during working, it makes the time past fast. haha. xD

"BBQ with the Ol' Gang"

planned by Syahiid and his beau, Fazilah. had a whole lot of laughters here and there at the pit. and im glad that i came. hahaha.

the most unforgettable part is the "BearGrillz" moments! BearGrillz consists of Syarif, Syahiid, Arief and Me, and featuring Djamal and Ramlan. haha! we've had a motto, "Where chicken have a purpose!" and "No Honey, No Waste!". haha!

Those at the BBQ pit would know what those two mottoes meant! hehe. took a whole lot of photos. and a video regarding me and a bike. HAHAHA! kawasaki!

all i can say is that, i've had fun at the pit and i really enjoyed it! hehe! :D

projects are all being handed over to the authority of the course. what i can do now is just wait for the unveiling of the long awaited final result. there's a mixture of feelings for it. its like 98% excited & 2% scared, or maybe it is 98% scared & 2% excited. that's what makes it so intense.

however, there is a worry of me repeating one of the module. i just hope that i wont be repeating any modules so i can leave NYP with straight ace, which is no failures. insyaallah. hehe.

it was all fun and laughters on the first day of work on last Saturday. had to partner with someone who happens to be someone fun too. haha. the only tiring thing is we had to stand for the whole almost-9-hours of working. but time past fast with the people im working with. i like~ :D

"adrenaline rush"

there was a short adrenaline rush on last Friday. had to do 2 project assessments and submission. and one of them wasn't even started yet. :|

but it was all good when all was done on that day itself. there was a rush on things but i guess i was lucky to get it all done on that day. thanks to irah for helping me on my MAD project and kevin for assisting me in the assessment of the Web 2.0 project. :D

glad that all is done except for Open-Source and then im all done!

"what a weekend!"

had one hell of a weekend! it all started on Saturday. had a soccer match at Woodlands Sec and the anxiety was there for me to play on the field once more. especially after the injury. i missed having a soccer match on the a field pitch and this certainly makes my day.

started off as a right-back but i sucked! but i made it up by agreeing to play as a goalie at second-half. hehe. kinda proud with what i had achieved by playing as a goalie tat day. hehe! those who are there would know. xD

then comes sunday. supposedly i had to meet up with soo and some others for bee's surprise party. but i had something on before that which i had to attend to. after some work with dad, went to meet khai for a karaoke session. hehe.

FINALLY WE MET UP FOR A KARAOKE SESSION! hahaha.

sang, joke, more singing and even more joking around. haha! its no fun if we were to sing seriously. hehe.

"yesterday~"

went for a job interview with Khai, set-up by Rya. the job is at Sentosa under Admin Ops. (: kinda cant wait to work there once i've got hired by them. hopefully they will call me soon!! then i can earn some solid bucks. its time to not ask for money anymore from parents. furthermore im already 21. malu u~! haha.

after the interview, slacked with them with Ash, Airina, Kok Yong and Dara. went to eat Marvelous Cream! hehe. sedap~! then we went for a short walk at esplanade and then off to Starbucks at City Link.

it was home sweet home after that. (:

"chances"

chances in life for things we want are always there. only the opportunity for achieving it is often missing. but actually, the initial entry i want to post up is regarding people giving chances to another party yet the other party misused that chances given.

for example, there's someone i know. that person is a friend but we dont really talk. that person was given chances umpteen times to change for the better but still, no change or effort was done. ever since i got to know this particular person, my perspective of that person has gone from good to bad to worst to beyond-help. that is what i think. not that im bitching about this person but i have my reasons to say up this facts. its been too much and i cant really take it.

and to top it of, this particular son of a pistol has wronged me. not once, but twice. so if one more time he wronged me with wrong accusations, actions will be done and consequences will be imposed.

even nice people have their limits.

"birthday surprise"

last weekend, Sunday to be precised, was my birthday. it was my 21st. *legal age oohhh!* haha. and i was surprised on the people that came to celebrate my birthday. it was planned by Ash and Rya i think? hehe. but i knew who came though and those who wished me on my birthday too. thanks alot all of you! really appreciate it. (:

on the 24th, it all started by meeting up with ash, khai, imran and chris very much later. and we planned to go to Haji Lane for shisha. once we were already there, sat at Mosi Cafe and start smoking.

AND! SUDDENLY!!

ash and imran came back from the washroom with more people! Hani, Haba, Rya and Airina came along! ahaha. kinda surprised me when i was just about to drink my glass of coke. hahaha. the cake was carried by Rya and presents was carried by Haba i think? hahhaha. THANKS LA! so far this is one of the most memorable birthday bash i've had. xD

all lied to me about their plans on that day before the meet up. that is why i was surprised when they came. xD

halfway, hani had to go off first so decided to send her off before continue hanging out with them. just sent her off til the mrt station then it was byebye..

after going back to the shisha place, took a few puff of the thingy and we went to eat somewhere around there too. after eating, we decided to go to Esplanade to have a chill session. we sat at the Front Entrance of the Esplanade and took loads of photos. haha.

the day kinda ended by all of us going home. :D

"on the move"

projects are now on the move. i might seem relaxed and acting as though nothing much is happening but im kinda stressed out on my projects. this is the last hurdle i have to jump over and after this i'm done with poly. hopefully everything goes well and smooth so that i can graduate from NYP.

but come to think again about graduating, im kinda sad that it is ending soon. that means, no more crazy school term weekdays with those crazy classmates of mine. no more everyday laughs in school. eventhough it has only been 3 years but it seems we know about each other more than that. shared stories, shared tears, shared laughters and jokes.

kinda had this "graduating time" talk with ash abt a month back or so, and we were like sharing stories back from year one til now. never expected graduation is coming soon. feels like as though we were only having our freshman orientation a few weeks back. and we kinda talked about the funny happenings. especially the "Microsoft 1997" event. HAHAHAHAHA! i bet ash, kevin, harry, chris and some others who knows about this will be laughing their asses off when he reads this. and the explicit McDonald's Talking Session with the 5 Brothers. the soccer times at Woodlands. those whack outings we've had. and not forgetting the chalets and BBQs we had. those crazy times. for sure, i will not forget it in the years to come. gonna miss the NYP times from 2007 - 2010.

prayers. it is something almost all of us do. at times, we only pray when in times of troubles but i don't think that is good. if you do so, it shows that you only think about God when you are in trouble and not when in times of thankfulness. that is not really something to brag about but something to realize about.

and talking about prayers, a lot of people pray. but do you realize something? when we pray, often we don't really get what we have prayed for. but God gives us the opportunity to get what we have prayed for. so it is up to us to go and get it. true?

correct me if I'm wrong, but this happens too often. when people don't get what they want after a lot of times they've prayed, they will give up and blames God for their misfortunes in life. only the wise ones will blame themselves if any misfortunes would befall them.

and remember one last thing. God is fair and often test us in this path we have given which is called Life.

2009 has been a great year for me. there are also certain downs which I've had encountered. looking back into the year 2009, i realise alot of things had happened. from the crazy outings/chilling sessions with crazy friends to making new friends.

first quarter if the year was good until the part we get to know that harry cant continue his studies in nyp. another great friend is missing in nyp.

the second quarter was good too. new friends were made but the ending of it was getting bad.

the third quarter started off kinda bad but it ended up to be a good one in the end.

the fourth quarter just got better! haha. too much freaking great happenings happened that words cant describe. haha.

but still, im hoping for a better year ahead and hope that this 2010 will treat me good! lets take a look back through 2009 with pictures! enjoy!

"why 3 chances? i use the 3 fingers rule."

wonder why that people usually give others 3 chances to do better? ever think of it?

to me, its simple. i use the 3 fingers rule to interpret it. here how it goes:

pick a hand and take the last 3 fingers from your hand (any last 3 would do, which could be your pinky, ring and middle finger OR thumb, index and middle finger) and close the other two. and start either from your pinky finger or your thumb (depending on which last 3 fingers you choose).

and here is how i interpret it:

after giving the first chance (pinky or thumb), you give the person another chance freely thinking that he/she would change.

after giving the second chance (index or ring finger), you will give the person another chance but this time you think twice about it.

the last chance (middle finger), you wont give that person a fuck shit about whether he/she will change or not. that is why the middle finger is showing up. and if that person still don't change for the better, then just don't care about it. knowing that after 3 chances is given and still no change? forget it. no more chances given.

simple as that.

been one hell of a week. dunno why but it seems to be extra tiring during this common test week. i think its due to the-late-night-studying-and-end-up-sleeping-in-the-end thingy. haha. but nvm tmr is the last paper and i just wanna get it done with as soon as possible then i will have 2 weeks of rest! with faith, you are believing in it that it will happen sooner or later because with faith, comes truth. so if you are truthful with what you want and with good intentions, it will happen. god willing. so no matter what it takes, you know that you're gonna stand by it until it happens.

with patience, no amount of time is too long. you can wait as long as you want because if you really want that something, why not have the patience for it? however, don't take patience as an excuse for not thriving for what you want. when i say patience, it doesn't mean waiting for it til it comes to you. what im implying is, you have to get what you want and if you don't get it for the first time, you have to continue to work for it and not give up. that is what i meant by patience.

the way we think about certain things depends on the way we look at them. i believe there are two sets of people: The Optimist and The Pessimist. people can have multiple reasons on how they look at things. from positive to negative. its better if you look through life in a positive manner. things can get as fucked-up as possible but life goes on. i must agree that sometimes its hard for me to look things through a positive light but after sometime going through things, you tend to think that there might be positive outcomes of it.

i was cycling and stopped near the entrance of The Bottle Tree Park. i didnt really went in so just stayed outside for a moment. time check: 6.50pm. as i was taking out a cigg, i was having this headache but this time, i couldnt control it and the next thing i know, i was on the ground with red marks on the side of my head, bleeding elbow(once again!), scratched left knee and a terrible headache. i was like, wth! i stood up and went to a nearest bench i can find. ohh! did i mention about this young chinese lady that helped me? she was sweet. thanks jessica. ya, her name was jessica. had a lil conversation with her but she had to leave for work. after that, i just took my bike and off i go cycling again."

i dunno know why but ever since last sunday, 4 people have asked me the same questions. and all 4 dunno why they had to asked this. they said, "its just a random question."

as i walk on the pathway leading to nowhere, i saw someone by the road that look just like you. but when i gave a second hard look, you weren't there. looked around but you weren't in sight. could it been you?

today is the last day of my IAP then its the holidays. alot of things had happened in the past 3 months, all sorts of things. its been a tough 3 months but friends made it exciting. (: thanks to Harry, Ash, Kevin, Christian, Khai, Aiman, Naqib, Yvonne, Syahira, Soo, Sharon, Apul, Ramlan, Hamli, Dee, Jamal, Fhairil and loads more........... :D

now lets talk about last weekend.
met up with the lepak-and-late-night-supper gang on friday nite. i kinda forgot who was there in the beginning but i remember there was only 3 left in the end. haha. hmmm. okay. nvm. the last 3 was Me, Ary and Ali. haha. and we got home at the strike of 9am. satu-satu muke da ngantok nye pasal. haha.

on saturday, had an outing with the Street Soccer '06 gang! there were more than 10. it was kecohrable! but i had to leave slightly early coz had to meet up with the lepak-and-late-night-supper gang but this time, more people are there, at least for a moment. haha. then went off to meet Ali at his house, then off to Windy RC. haha. its darn cold over there, i tell you! haha. after that kinda talk regarding controversy stuffs over at Blue Lagoon. talk and talk and talk. after that Ary sent off Yan and off we go to Ary's place. i kinda slept over there so i dont rmb anything that happened there. haha!

wad a weekend! its a happening one. haha. lets break it down starting from saturday onwards.

saturday

planned to meet the day before but since some cant really stay up til late night, we met up on saturday instead. started of by meeting up ary at his house's voiddeck. then we drove off to ash's dad's stall. (it seems that ash's dad's stall is the meeting place ever since it is established. haha.)

khai, kevin, yvonne and saiful came very much later. after some of us ate, we went off to Rasa-Rasa to meet up with Aiman. and harry need to go off to meet up with his dad. after reaching rasa-rasa, i stumble upon my uncle! haha. those who were there, should know what i mean. haha.

jokes, jokes and more jokes over at Rasa-Rasa. khai and ash had a hard time eating. lol. after that, we decided to chill at Woodlands Town Garden. and something happened there. long story. wanna know? ask me or ash or khai or kevin or yvonne or saiful. haha. either one of us la ehk. (:

outing with ash & co. featuring syahira. meeting up with syahira was so last minute coz actually she had to meet up with her bf and frens but they went off somewhere so she decided to meet up with me and the others first. so off to city hall first and waited there for almost 30-40mins? since syahira's bf was un-contactable for some time, we decided to walk around first.

then walked around there to find a good spot but almost everywhere is packed. then we walked and walked til we got somewhere nearby The Padang. watched the contingents match pass The Padang and the fireworks. then we off to bugis to send syahira off to meet her bf. met them at Kampong Glam Cafe then we went off. (sorry guys! didnt hang out with you guys for a moment, things kinda got complicated.)

then we're off to Zam Zam and i only ate a little. wasnt in the mood to eat. haha. after eating, walked around Haji Lane to chill but end up walking in circles around there. haha. then finally, we decided to chill at Civics Center.

after chilling there, all went off and i decided to lepak with harry and the others. so called him up and we met. there was Firdaus a.k.a Daun, Yan, and Irshad too. then went to Bukit Timah for late supper and chilling session at Yishun Dam.

thinking about it makes me think that time has past so damn fast. it feels like im only in my first or second year of study in NYP. now im already in my 3rd year and gonna end my 3.1 soon, and then comes 3.2, the final 6 months. fast aint it? and loads of things happened but im glad that my classmates are those whacky bunch. seriously, i tot i was gonna be the only one whacky in the class, but 2 days into our orientation back in 2007, almost the whole class was whacked! gerek! :D and there are loads of outings and gatherings. even more shiok! haha.

misinterpretation always happen. due to what? due to this very simple thing called miscommunication. but sometimes, communication is also not that reliable either.

"the end is near."
when i say end, it could be anything. and i really mean anything.

talking about "end". another week has past and it means im closer to the end of my attachment. and by then, plans are to be executed. from outing/gathering to extreme measures. thinking about it again, i got 15 more working days. it seems to be kinda fast actually. when my attachment just got started, it seems like its gonna be forever. but when time past, with things to do, its like life is on a fast forward.

sometimes, people (friends and families, or in some cases, our soul mate) around us are what we need. they are there when we need them and they often there to share.

this post is for those who are having a downturn in their lives right now. just remember that those friends that you can trust are ones that you can look up to for some tips to move along in life. family are there for the support you need, especially from your parents. and soulmates or your partners are there mostly to give you the extra support to push you even further.

its 6am now and i just got back after a long outing since the afternoon.

lets make it short and sweet. *sweet kepe?!*

met up with ramlan and hamli, planned for sheesha but ended up goin for a karaoke session. halfway, hamli's fren came by and join in the fun. get to know some of them at cineleisure after our karaoke session. and they were shocked that im the brother of Wani and Shafa. hahaha. after walking around at cineleisure, i went off to meet up with harry, daun, ash and khai. a short meet up session at woodlands point. then off to ash's neighbourhood to have another lepak session. haha.

*i realise i've been lepak-ing alot this past few weekends. and im loving it!*

kinda talked alot with ash. from something serious to something hilarious. chat, sing and make a fool of ourselves til abt 4+am where harry comes back from his soccer session. he joined us for a moment before sending me back home. Thanks Harry for the ride! (:

i was sick, so i went to the doc and the doc kinda gave me 3 days mc. haha! since i was bored at home and syahira needed some help, i decided to go to NYP to help her and meet up with ash at the same time. haha. after that, we part ways at the mrt station. me and ash went to bugis to meet up with aiman and naqib. haha. after bugis, was yishun. then met up with khai and his cousin. we went jamming! haha! hancur but fun! lol.

now lets talk abt tuesday.

went to school again since i was bored! decided to meet up with ash. but since syahira was bored at school, decided to meet her first. she had to rush to class and i went off to meet ash. had lunch at sch and it feels as though its been a long time since i last ate there. padahal baru 2 bulan lebih sey. haha.

just something i feel like typing out.

in life, there are choices that have to be made. it could be a life changing choice so you must be careful with what you have chose. it doesn't have to be good all the time because good choices usually have bad endings. everyone is sure to have chosen a wrong choice somewhere in their life, it could be anything that is considered bad to themselves, to making themselves happy. but no matter what choice you've made, make sure that it is what you really really want. follow the heart and put some thinking to it too. your choice will be a wise one. by the time we ended talking, it was already 2.14am. ash's fren, Rosnadia, had to leave already. and for my fren, Lina, she gave each of us a hug and went off with Rosnadia. since Rosnadia and Lina lives nearby, blk 297 and blk 130, me and ash decided to send them home via cab. after sending off Lina to her house, me and ash decided to stay outside for a moment to have a talk about something. *wonder what's that something? ask me or ash. haha.*

we walked and walked and we reached blk 165. ash find this blk number very familiar and i have that feeling too. *blk sape ah?! (whose blk ah?!)* okay nvm. drop it. we lepak there til 4.30am and decided to go to my house.

otw home, near block 612 (nearby my house), we saw these 3 chicks near the roadside. we thought they were bapok! serious shit! sumpah setia! but we gave a closer look as they were looking at us. hehe. so we walked pass them and a conversation started.

loads happened. lets break it down aite? here we go.

lets start from last friday.

was suppose to go club for a stress-relieving session. haha! but it got cancelled due to some unforeseen circumstances. its okay! met up with kevin, harry and ash at ash dad's stall at marsiling. and i cycled there! haha! some exercise la! train the legs. lol! once we meet, we ate there and we went off to old woodlands center once we are done to meet up with khairul. and we ate again! haha.

then we are off to some paranormal investigation but it wasnt successful. didnt see anything there. we kinda went to marsiling park which we have to climb up the stairs. joked around at the top and listened to Misteri Jam 12 til it ends. haha. after laughing our ass off there, ash and khai went home while i went to harry's crib at admiralty to chill. played winning eleven and tekken 5. it was fun i tell you! and funny too. long story. haha. after that was a mini jamming session. haha! i played the semi-acoustic guitar while harry played his electric guitar. played til its time to leave. it was already 7.30am.

on monday, kinda had a dinner session with siling, jaryl, berd, saiful, ramlan and jamal. this is the band gang member. haha! as we are from the symphonic band in our sec sch! haha. the dinner was planned as siling is goin off to London for her exchange programme with another Uni there i think? haha.

SILING! make sure you buy me the BAPE hoodie from there as promised! hehe! ;p

i also realise that the one tat came was the people from the same batch. there was the ex-Band Major(Jaryl), ex-Drum major(Saiful), ex-assistant Drum Major(Beth), ex-Drum Sergeant Major(Jamal), ex-PTI(ME!) and ex-Quartermaster(Ramlan). all got post one okay! haha! had dinner at Bali Thai, ice-cream at Udders and lepak session at AMK Fountain! old times! haha. we kinda got home very late. we left the area at 12.15am. HAHA!

all hell breaks lose. i just had to lose it. met up with kevin at Science park there and chilled at the starbucks there while waiting for Yvonne to end as she was working. and the manager there is freaking fun sia!! if oni im working there, sure kekek!!

then i realise that on tat faithful day, i bought my pack of ciggs in the afternoon and its finished by 11.30pm! alot happened on this day, and i dun wish to talk about it.

friday

LEPAK DAY with Kevin, Ash and Harry. Thought of asking Chris but it seems that we cant contact him on the day before. i kinda met up with kevin first at City Hall mrt as he wants to get something for his darling. HAHA! after getting the things he wants, we went straight to Marsiling MRT to meet up with Harry and then we went off to ash's dad's stall. lepak-ed there til 11pm and went to ash's blk to have a longer lepak time. haha!

ash brought guitars and we kinda jammed til abt 2-3am before ash had to go home and, me and harry went to his house(harry's). Daun was there too, after we reached at his house. Played Winning Eleven with them til i dozed off. Hahaha! sleepy da! its been a long time since i last stayed up! went off at 8.30am and it was home sweet home.

Went on a outing with the Ichigoes yesterday and it was great coz finally we get to do an outing. Eventhough some didnt mange to come, it was still alrite. Still got some laughters around. Especially wen we were at KFC. Haha! Laughed as though that KFC was owned by us! Hahaha!

And it seems that the gerls have an never-ending story to talk about. From Attachment to Drinking! HAHAHA! YES! They did talk about drinking. Especially this particular person. I dun wanna say who ah. HAHA! ;p

Tuesday to Thursday late afternoon, my phone has been quiet.

And Friday to Tmr , my phone will be quiet again.

The person that I have been msgging went for a Community Service thingy at Batam at first and now she went to Mersing with her family, cousins, aunties, uncles........and the list goes on. haha!

The last time we met was on Monday night after her training. Hopefully can meet her after she came back. But I will be busy from Monday to Friday, thanks for the f*cking Attachment!! DAMN IT!

She usually cant go out on Weekends. Which means our timing clash. Haiz. Hopefully this m*thaf*cking attachment ends soon!!!!!!! ARRRGGGHHHHH!!!!

this 2 days, yesterday and today, is lyk my total rest day.

only that yesterday i had to go to the new house to clean up the wardrobe abit.

its kinda dusty and there's stain on the interior of the wardrobe.

after cleaning it up, obviously i went back to my current house which is my aunty's place. chat with her on the net til about 2am. the reason she stayed up til that late coz she wanna send me a photo that she editted herself. i muz say that she has done a good job. haha!

not bad eh u! ;p

then my youngest uncle called me up and ask if wanna go rounding in his van at abt 3.30am. so i said okay as im not sleepy yet. my bro, me, my cousin and my uncle went to Jalan Kayu to eat and went to Mustaffa Center to have a look around. we kept on laughing from the moment we reached the DIY sector til we got home coz of something that we thought of. hahaha! KEKEK DOK!! once we got home, it was already 7.30am i think? haha! so i went straight to bed after we got home. HAHA!

thinking of changing the image on the top of this blog. hmmmm.....

a relieve after hearing the results just now.

its not something serious. but still i have to take care of myself.

was told that im maybe too stressed up, depressed or pressurised.

i didnt know that these 3 could make your blood pressure rise.

shall be taking my medicine more regularly now. (:
